For Puget Sound winds here a couple that I have found of value --

http://i90.atmos.washington.edu/ferry/F ... frame1.htm

Good for real time info

http://bis_portal.apl.washington.edu/bis_portal_app.php

Good for real time winds and looking out several days

http://iwindsurf.com/windandwhere.iws?regionID=119

Good for real time and if you click on a place of interest and then look at the Meteogram you get forecasts for the next few days

Westport Cam http://www.westportcam.com/

I have done some research and it looks like the Olson's cam and Des Moines cam are gone.

I liked the cams because at work you could check and get an idea what the conditions would be like after work without draging the tub down to the dock.

for the river fishres -

http://www.nwrfc.noaa.gov/rfc/

Try the river hydrology and clcik on the short term forecasts and then zoom in on the map to the gauge station/river of interest.

From the weather piece you get 10 day forecasts of rainfall, max and min temps and freezing levels.
