I had a couple questions based on the show on 9/3.
1. How long do you see the coho bite going on in the Hood Canal & Quilcene area?
2. Is the coastal cutthroat a catch-and-release fishery or can you keep them?

Hey Mike,
Welcome aboard the Forum and thanks for listening!

I'll tell you for a fact that we have not seen the peak of the Hood Canal coho fishery yet and I expect that Dabob Bay Area to fish well into October.

The Marine Area regs for trout are generally open year round for hatchery steelhead only so the Sea-run cutty fishery is exclusively catch and release.
