Blown away that are neighbors to the north still dont treat their sewage. 35 million gallons a day is insane to me!! Ive never fished for halibut around there but id have a hard time time bein ok eating anything pulled off the banks up that way. I bet the dungys are plentiful
I agree, it's a joke in this day and age. However, untreated industrial waste is of greater concern than human waste. Still, that does not excuse Victoria's lack of a rudimentary treatment facility.
