I let this sit for about 30 minutes, gave it a light sprinkle of salt & pan roasted it.

Tested a new marinade for salmon

I coated some coho with a mixture of pomegranate molasses, sriracha, garlic & cilantro.
I let this sit for about 30 minutes, gave it a light sprinkle of salt & pan roasted it.
It worked out well.
