Crab Stuff Venison Backstraps

Just returned from hunting with Peterson's Hunting editor Mike Schoby. Mike tied up some crab stuffed venison backstraps one night from the blacktail we took in SE Alaska. All I can say is...WOW

Great looking meal to celebrate a tough hunt. We had 15 inches during that storm while you were here, even the Klawock finally blew out. Good job on getting a nice buck during the "between".
