Boater Education Cards Anyone???

Postby Nelly » Wed May 30, 2012 6:55 am

This year, anyone 50 (that's fifty) years of age and younger is required to have a Washington State Boater Education card to legally operate a power-driven vessel or PWC.
There are several options that include up to 9 hour classes on line... :o :o :o

My guess is that the members of this board can easily challenge the test and pass.

Go to http://www.parks.wa.gov/boating/boatered/?subject=courseoptions and get the "Adventures in Boating in Washington" pamphlet.
Cruise through the pamphlet and you can take a test on line instead of sitting through the nine-hour drill... sleep1

Good luck, get your card and have a great, safe boating and fishing summer!!! wave

There's a 3 hour courses online at http://www.boaterexam.com/usa/washington, it's narrated so you can sit back and just listen.
