It's only her second season but she's getting the hang of it...

We had to go early on the radio program this morning so I hustled to a pheasant release site as fast as I could!

There were a few birds around and in an hour my best huntin' buddy and I had our limit!

Got to love it as we watch the lights click on for a young dog. Those released birds are great training grounds for a young dog. Not only do young labs learn to rely on their noses which will pay big dividends in the duck blinds they are getting ready for their "final" on those wile wild birds on the east side.
