Reel tuneup/maintenance

Postby Bowfinger12000 » Tue Dec 19, 2017 2:13 pm

I live in Hansville (Kitsap County) and am looking for a good person to take a high mileage mooching reel to have a tune up done. The biggest issue s the drag will not tighten down past a certain point, from what I can see there's nothing visibly worn in the washers or threads. I'd rather get it to a local to support them instead of sending it off or wait on ordering parts in such.

Hey Bow!
If I need a Daiwa dialed in, I send it to their factory repair site in SoCal.
Locally, Try GregsCustomRods.com
Regionally, OllieDamons.com in Portland is the gold standard!
