So we all know of the pen malfunction releasing who knows how many Atlantic salmon into our waters. WDFW says 'No limits!!' and 'Get em all' BUT my question is Area 9, if they show up or are already there, is that the go ahead to get the boats back out there fishin or we still not allowed to fish from a floating object?

We are not fishing MA 9 until November first for Blackmouth.
If the fishery is not in the List Of Agreed Fisheries or LOAF coming out of North of Falcon, then it just ain't gonna happen.
