Do you need a winter catch card if you want to keep crabbing in area 7...Bellingham?
It's open until the end of the month but I'm getting conflicting answers from local tackle shops.

Check on your catch record card but I'm pretty sure they can go on your summer card.until September 30!
I'm still shocked its September!!!!
