4WD for your boat

Just installed 80lb saltwater motorguide XI5 and linked it to my lowrance HDS 3. Awesome setup for trolling in the wind. It's like having 4WD for your boat. Especially with the leelock skeg extension. Plus I can input a quick route when I get to a trolling area and turn on the auto pilot while using the gas kicker to provide most of the thrust. I cant wait for lingcod to find structure on the sidescan then set an electronic anchor point to target every little ling hole, or even use the electronic anchor for halibut so I can pinpoint an anchor spot and I don't have to mess with my 600' anchor line. oh yeah, then being able dial in exact speed while using autopilot for kokanee & sockeye will be a game changer!
